STUDIO SMITHFIELD

Studio Smithfield is a site close to The City, St Pauls Cathedral and Farringdon. Beazea worked hard to help create new spaces, via site analysis with sketch plans, contextual ideas to relay many options for actual Plans, for Site, with Visuals and Zoom-Pods, to house some vibrant new businesses, creative companies, and The Paul Smith Foundation. With works for new Studio Spaces, relayed for inside and across 4 viable sites.

Collaborations across 18 months, working with Projekt; What once was an “Innovation Centre” ~ Beazea helped Projekt to house, rework and push for the transformation at upper levels across the old Market Hall. Viable spaces for re-use, end of lease.
