Founded in 2017, Beazea is a concept-led architectural design studio delivering high-quality residential projects.
Beazea elevates home projects through an understanding for the existing, skillfully re-purposing and re-using structures through a carefull process of thoughtful integration for the modern. A design ethos which blends an evocative approach with a broad architectural knowledge for the authentic and historic, rooted in an understanding for ergonomics, contextual aesthetics and modern practice.
Whether for slight renovation, interior alteration, an addition or new builds ~ every project begins with a finely tuned concept, created via presentation process working closely with clients for a considered and unique delivery.
Beazea works with industry professionals through a diligent process placing modern technologies and sustainable natural materials at the fore. We collaborate with specialist contractors, structural engineers, cost consultants, clients, artists, and fabrication teams.
A BIT ABOUT
KIM SULLY
Kim grew up in London and was schooled in Hampshire, Nottinghamshire and Buckinghamshire.
As a child travelling often to Cornwall, France and Germany.
His studies took him across 5 college institutes; he was educated in technical design and communication, art, graphics, fashion promotion and illustration, textiles-knit and clothing design, product design, interior design with history of architecture and automotive design with a winning concept car design, presented in person to Fiat Lancia, Italy.
He began working with designers and architects in 2004, delivering for clients such as The Historic Royal Palaces, Viscount Linley, Aston Martin, Minotti Cucine, Brahm of Belgravia, and trained in carpentry (Green Oak Construct). By 2010 he started to work across heritage, residential, cultural, retail and commercial projects for the UK, France, Russia, Asia and the UAE. Delivering from concept — to construction stages upon large-scale project sites for Galeries Lafayette, Benugo, Skolkovo, KPMG at Grosvenor Estate, and at Meydan Race Course.
He was inspired to open bureau, Beazea in 2017.
Conceived from his time and experiences spent amongst Montagne Noire, a Region of France.
