“21A Casa Picolo” was the vision by client, at Lancaster Gardens, Kingston Surrey. Working via visual presentation, thereafter into a Planning Design against an “Objection to Council”. A sweet, strong and robust Summer House with Studio and Gym, granted subsequent Planning Permission as it was inobtrusive and the objection was invalid.
