Beazea was approached to compile an Interior Alteration Applicaiton for the complete modernisation to a solid, brutalist apartment. Immediate Planning Design sort, granted via The RBKC with a License to Alter via The Wellcome Trust Estate, Urang and Savills. Beazea worked closely with Goldborne Design and Interiors bureau, Paris Studio “Jacques Grange” and client, part an Investor / Team. Post-Planning Beazea was tasked with completing the Tender and Construction Information Pack.

Robust Fire-Rated Details relayed tosite, and a Kitchen Design inspired by Officine Gullo and further joinery detail elements relayed to assist with site.
