MANOR PLACE BATHS KENNINGTON LONDON
Beazea was commisioned to look into this Heritage Site, designed by Edward I’Anson ( RIBA Chairman ) “Manor Place Baths”, buit in the late 1890’s. Known to many Londoners as old Boxing Venue, 1960’s to 1970’s. Beazea created Proposals for 71 New Studio Spaces across site, looking into a possible Mezzanine Spaces. Art Guard now encampasses 25,000sqF of the Site, and focusses on giving security and rates mitigations, whilst developing connections within new culture, and the local community.
