“Le Pont de la Vallee des Champignons” as named by Chef and Owner Raymond Blanc. For “Le Manoir – SPA ” to span across a Mushroom-Hut ~ Briefed to create a Bridge Design for access for Spa, across a “Vallee” ( possibly an old brook ) housing a Mushroom Hut. Working from inception, with “dry-aged” Green Oak with options for a Chestnut, or Hazel Balustrade.

When presented; Mr R Blanc said ah-gast “Who did these? .. I love them !”
