Named so, by chef and owner Raymond Blanc. For “Le Manoir – SPA” this bridge spans across a Mushroom-Hut. Briefed to create a bridge design for access to the Spa. Across a slight “Vallee” ( possibly an old brook ) housing an allotted Mushroom Hut. Working from inception, creating from “dry-aged” Green Oak, with 2 Options with cleft Chestnut, or woven Hazel balustrading.
